Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:      

  • Take ownership or lead team to accomplish including but not limited to the accountability for overall Colorectal Cancer (CRC) medical strategy, IEGP & execution, educational program design and execution, key medical message generation and communication and KOL engagement through collaborating with external & internal stakeholders
  • Take ownership or lead team to deliver MAF KPIs, and ensure Quality & Compliance

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES may include but not limited to:

1. Responsible for CRC medical strategy generation and execution

  • Take ownership or lead team when applicable to take ownership for the overall CRC medical strategy generation and execution, including but not limited to the accountability for overall medical strategy, IEGP & execution, educational program design and execution, key medical message generation and communication and KOL engagement.

2. Collaboration with internal (commercial, R&D, AP, Global team) & external stakeholders

  • Build a network of professional and business-related interactions with both internal and external stakeholders, including KOLs, physicians, industry organizations, XJP CVT partners to ensure making solid medical strategies for data generation, medical education and commercial support to keep alignment with XJP business priorities and objectives for CRC.
  • As China MAF windows person to communicate and collaborate with AP and global MAF team, and related stakeholders

3. Identify and develop key talents and responsible for the team growing

4. Ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson, FDA healthcare guidelines and China local regulations

5. Develop and execute budget plan

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Scientific Medical Degree, master’s degree or equivalence, Doctoral Degree preferred
  • Experience in both pharmaceutical Medical Affairs is preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in clinical practice is preferred
  • Experience in professionals working environment in the pharmaceutical or related industries preferred.
  • Understanding of local regulatory policy and industry’s code of practice related to drug registration, pharmaceutical promotion and clinical study.
  • Domestic and International travels are required.
