The Senior Lead Analyst will be a hands-on analytics leader responsible for executive reporting, Salesforce (SFDC) analytics, pipeline and book-of-business analysis, and advanced BI solutions. This role will partner closely with cross functional teams to deliver high-impact insights, scalable dashboards, and data-driven decision support.

About the Role:

  • Act as the primary owner of SFDC dashboards and reports, including:

  • Build and maintain scalable SFDC dashboards for leadership, managers, and field teams.

  • Partner with Sales to improve data quality, definitions, and reporting governance.

  • Work on management decks to ensure the frameworks are created in excel which are scalable

  • Act as the AI Champion for Commercial Analytics, driving adoption of AI‑enabled tools and capabilities across reporting and insight generation.

  • Embed AI and automation into recurring reporting workflows, reducing manual effort and turnaround time.

  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI features within Salesforce (CRMA), BI tools, and data platforms to enhance reporting efficiency and decision support.

  • Evangelize best practices by enabling stakeholders to move from static reporting to insight‑led, AI‑assisted decision making.

  • Reduce dependency on manual Excel-based processes by leveraging:

    • Snowflake and Alteryx data models

    • CRMA, Tableau, and Power BI automation

    • Scheduled refreshes and self‑serve dashboards

  • Design reporting solutions that are scalable, repeatable, and low‑touch, with strong documentation and governance.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to eliminate redundant reports and replace them with single-source‑of‑truth dashboards.

About You:

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, sales operations, commercial reporting, or BI roles.

  • Experience supporting Sales / Commercial / Revenue teams.

  • Proven track record of execution of executive-level reporting end to end.

  • Salesforce (SFDC) – advanced reporting & dashboarding (mandatory)

  • CRMA (Salesforce CRM Analytics)

  • Tableau

  • Power BI

  • Snowflake (strong SQL and data analysis capability)

  • Advanced Alteryx / Dbt

  • Strong Excel / data modeling skills

  • Experience working with HighQ data and analytics

  • Python or advanced SQL for analytics automation

  • Good communication and data storytelling skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Detail-oriented with strong data governance mindset

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

  • Proactive problem-solver with a commercial mindset
