Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Manager, Operations - Fraud Operations provides senior leadership and stakeholders oversight in the operations for on-trip fraud. This role involves assisting in the execution and oversight of operational processes, tracking and reporting on-trip fraud metrics, identifying and preventing new types of on-trip fraud, and managing a team of analysts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fraud prevention, data analysis, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution and oversight of operational processes including report/data pulls that require operational support/manual review.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting for on-trip fraud and abuse metrics
  • Help identify, request and size product requests to prevent on-trip fraud
  • Assist with operationalizing on-trip and digital identity fraud.
  • Assist in the detection and mitigation of new types of on trip fraud
  • Assist in the creation, roll out and testing of new models.
  • Assist in the management of Sr Analysts on the team (including the oversight of Persona appeals, pre-arbs, deep dives, and EEs).
  • Design project plans, organize project timelines and deliverables, and facilitate meetings involving stakeholder teams to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives.
  • Provide decision support by analyzing and interpreting data, identifying trends, and making recommendations aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the implementation of business solutions, including building relationships with key stakeholders, streamlining processes, and driving execution to meet metrics.
  • Manage activities and projects that generate revenue, mitigate loss, and allocate or influence budget spending.
  • Drive the development and improvement of operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing input on project requirements, offering subject matter expertise, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments, build accountability for results, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven project management experience, including the ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to fraud prevention and investigation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in work.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
