Accenture currently has an opportunity for an experienced and strategic Inside Sales Specialist in their Sydney - Barangaroo office. The right candidate will join a fun and energetic team delivering digital marketing expertise to the Australia and New Zealand market, and an integral part of growing our business.

We are partnering with our client and their customers to build their brand awareness, increase product sales, and much more. Our client’s ad solutions leverage our company’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences as they use our clients’ cutting-edge advertising platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key SMB clients, driving their success through effective advertising strategies. You will also play a crucial role in coaching and mentoring junior team members (Accenture and client stakeholders), as well as identifying and implementing operational improvements to enhance our service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of new and existing SMB clients with responsibility for activating and growing advertising revenue on the platform to achieve sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with Accenture and client sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships
  • Coach and mentor junior account managers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals whilst fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service advertising products, from initial pitch to ongoing optimisation and strategy
  • Take responsibility for helping SMB clients drive results via their marketing campaigns through consultation, education, support and data-driven optimisation
  • Provide vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress and pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve how they use our solutions
  • Identify and refine operational processes to increase efficiency, enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in an account management, sales or customer service role; leadership experience is desirable.
  • Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving digital advertising landscape to help SMB clients grow their business on the advertising platform
  • Experience in or knowledge of digital marketing, performance advertising and eCommerce
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign performance and identify operational improvements
  • Focus on delighting SMB clients by tailoring the right advertising strategy and product adoption for the right client
  • Professional customer service skills: strong written and verbal communication skills, solutions mindset, supportive nature, passion for the customer and customer experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative team player and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Sales aptitude; fostering strong client relationships whilst meeting sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts
  • Ooze consultative selling, understand client needs and translate them into actionable plans
  • Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, ability to ramp up quickly
  • Proficiency with CRM & Reporting tools is beneficial (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, Tableau)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel & Word
