Position Summary
As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor in our Enterprise Products Acceleration – Integration: ESL, EIP, API Integration organization. We are seeking a proven technical leader to join a high priority program that is focused on transforming CVS customer service experience. We are on a journey to turn technology transformation strategy into action in the form of solution and integration designs.
As the Senior Software Development Engineer, you will lead and direct day-to-day activities of 365x24x7 Operations team, including specialists from L2 and L3 Application Support. The Senior Software Development Engineer will also lead team efforts to provide analysis and support for application issues, while being responsible for meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) for all incidents. The right candidate will spearhead the Application Support team with various technology backgrounds – IBM IIB, Data Power, APIC and WebSphere related issues. The Senior Software Development Engineer will mentor and train others to perform troubleshooting and solve application related problems while overseeing the identification of application root-cause problems and resolutions.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$92,700.00 - $201,900.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
