Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Services sits within the Chief Operating Office (COO) structure with reporting line to Europe Head of Client Onboarding. It is a client-oriented value-chain covering Client Onboarding and Post Trade Service acting as a client’s operational single point of contact for ongoing client services and management including onboarding, post-trade services.
This function works across all products, all clients and all geographies for clients onboarded or engaging in sales through the UK (or UK-supported countries).

The difference you’ll make:
Providing the care, operational support, and delivery management for the client relationship
Performing client outreach to collect required KYC documentation and regulatory classification forms as applicable
Processing KYC Documents and setting up clients/counterparties to do business
Maintaining compliant with regulation and ensuring an efficient client journey with standardised experience across entities and business units
Terminating the ability to do business when exit or suspension procedures are required
Acting as primary daily point of contact for clients, correspondent banks and/or market counterparties and providing back-up support for other team members
What you’ll bring:
These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role:
Previous experience in a similar role
In-depth banking and wholesale knowledge
Excellent understanding of Corporate clients, SPVs, Limited and General Partnerships
Product knowledge including Cash Management, Markets, Trade Finance, Lending
Solid understanding of AML and regulatory risk along with UK banking product regulation, KYC requirements and internal policies
It would also be nice for you to have:
A degree (or equivalent) in banking, finance, or business administration
Spanish language skills

This role is based at our offices in Triton Square, London located within easy walking distance from Warren Street and Euston.
