As a Product Owner at Clario, you will play a central role in transforming business and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for our Agile delivery teams. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, SMEs, and Architects, you’ll refine Features into well‑structured User Stories, prioritize the team backlog, and ensure delivery aligns with release and Program Increment (PI) commitments. You will champion product value, quality, and adherence to Clario’s delivery processes throughout the development lifecycle—helping us build solutions that advance global healthcare.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translate business and customer needs into clear, testable User Stories with acceptance criteria

• Refine Features in partnership with Product Management, Architects, and SMEs

• Prioritize and maintain the team backlog across Stories, Defects, and Enablers

• Support estimation, sequencing, and PI/Sprint planning in a SAFe environment

• Ensure requirements are well‑structured, traceable, and aligned to release commitments

• Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility, dependencies, and scope

• Participate in PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and system demos

• Demonstrate completed work to stakeholders and drive continuous feedback loops

• Support defect triage and maintain release readiness

• Contribute to delivery metrics and reporting with RTE and Engineering

• Identify and communicate delivery risks and cross‑team dependencies

• Support release coordination across business and technology teams

What We Look For

• 3+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in software delivery

• Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum and/or SAFe)

• Strong backlog management and prioritization skills

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical user stories

• Experience working with distributed engineering teams

• Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD concepts and ALM tools

• Strong facilitation, communication, and decision‑making capability

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)

• Product‑related certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM, IIBA) are a plus

• Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular on‑site presence in Budapest
