Project Role: Adobe Journey Optimizer Configurator (Application Developer) Project Role Description: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must-have skills: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Minimum experience required: 5 years Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education Summary: As an Application Developer for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with AJO, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful, data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: • Design and implement complex omni-channel experiences, including channels such as Email, SMS, Mobile Push, In-App, Direct Mail, and Web using Adobe Journey Optimizer. • Understand marketing data specifications and ensure all data is available for campaigns. • Provide expertise in best practices for campaign/journey development to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables; implement and support automated, recurring, and ad hoc communications. Professional & Technical Skills: • Must-have skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). • Good-to-have skills: Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, or AEP. • Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Experience with Agile development methodologies. • Solid grasp of software development best practices, including testing and deployment. Additional Information: • The candidate should have 4–5 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AJO. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. • This position is based at our Bangalore office only.
