Job Title: Veterinary Surgeon

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum

Location: End Cottage Vets, Howden (East Yorkshire)

Job Type: Permanent, full-time

Hours: 4-day week (3x 08.00-18.30 and 1x 08.30-19.00)

Saturdays 1:3, no out of hours, no sole charge

Your role and responsibilities

End Cottage Vets are looking for a Small Animal Vet Surgeon to join their 7-vet team.

End Cottage Vets is a RCVS accredited small animal practice in Howden, East Yorkshire. We pride ourselves on our client centred approach and are very much part of the community here in Howden.

We have a dedicated OOH team based at our sister hospital, Wicstun Vets in Market Weighton.

As an End Cottage Vet you’ll have the opportunity to use and develop a broad range of clinical and client focussed skills. We’ll support you in the development of your areas of special interest.

Our rota offers great work/ life balance with no OOH and a generous package awaits the successful candidate.

End Cottage Vets is a dedicated, RCVS accredited small animal practice in Howden, where we pride ourselves in providing the best possible care for your much-loved family animals, by using all our expertise and giving the same TLC as we give our own pets.

End Cottage Veterinary Clinic is equipped with modern facilities that include advanced diagnostic imaging and treatment facilities.

In 2016 we developed the second storey of the surgery, which allowed us to add a further 2 consultation rooms and also joined forces with Wicstun Veterinary Group, which enabled us to add additional surgical and orthopaedic expertise in house.
