About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a highly motivated Strategic Advisory Services Manager to help lead a team of consultants focused on helping CrowdStrike customers enhance their security programs, educate their employees, and develop tailored cyber initiatives. The team acts as a trusted advisor to our clients and serves as a source of expertise in areas related to security strategy and readiness posture. The Manager oversees multiple engagements, ensuring their success, coaching the consultants delivering the work, and ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. The Manager is also responsible for staffing, skills and team development, tool and methodology upkeep, sales support, thought leadership, and other administrative support tasks.

Am I a Strategic Advisory Services Manager Candidate?

  • Do you find yourself keeping up with the latest cyber breaches?

  • Do you want to help companies protect themselves against malicious adversaries?

  • Are you passionate about growing and maturing high-performing teams?

  • Do you thrive on engaging with executive and senior management individuals?

  • Are you comfortable being the initial escalation point for difficult client situations, where necessary?

  • Are you ready to engage directly in customer work while also maintaining the structures that make the work standardized and repeatable?

  • Do you enjoy leading and working alongside a team of A-players?

  • Are you self-motivated and looking for an opportunity to rapidly accelerate your skills?

  • Do you crave new and innovative work that actually matters to your customer?

  • Do you have strong communication and writing skills?

  • Do you love working around like-minded, smart people who you can learn from and mentor on a daily basis?

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee large and complex Strategic Advisory Services engagements, supporting a dedicated project team and engaging with executive-level individuals across a wide range of industry segments.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Strategic Advisory Services practice.

  • Act as a primary contact for coordination of Strategic Advisory Services activities, both with internal stakeholders and customers.

  • Serve as the first point of escalation for any issues that arise in the delivery of our services.

  • Uphold and promote the highest standards of quality across all our Strategic Advisory Service offerings.

  • Coach and mentor a team of highly skilled high-performing consultants.

  • Hire, train, and develop new consultants.

  • Develop, refine, and maintain tools, processes, and methodologies that allow us to consistently deliver high-quality work in an efficient and effective manner.

  • Work with CrowdStrike leadership to develop strategic plans for the Strategic Advisory Services practice that align with organizational objectives.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate at all levels (executive leadership and technical support teams) within CrowdStrike and our customers.
