Senior Specialist, Marketing Programs will work with cross functional teams driving key global programs aligning to the Johnson Controls marketing transformation and enterprise strategy and growth areas. Specifically focused on:

  • Marketing Program Development & Management

  • Marketing Program Content & Communication

  • Marketing Program Optimization

How will you do it

Program Development & Management

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing programs that align with business objectives and target audience needs.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.

  • Best-in-class project management to ensure a consistent planning process for executing strategic goals and timely accomplishment of tasks

  • Delivery of on-going calendar key milestones and delivery of program updates.

  • Define marketing processes including deployment of relevant tools

Program Content & Communication

  • Coordinate the creation of content and toolkits to amplify the marketing program

  • Collaborate with and work within a matrix setting with key stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, Creative, IT, L&D, PMO

  • Act as a liaison between global marketing and other business units to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

  • Send regular communication updates to support the marketing program - providing critical updates and best practice examples tied to strategic global marketing priorities

Program Optimization

  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve marketing programs.

What we look for

Required

  • Minimum of 5 years’ international in Project Management with the bacground from marketing or communications

  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills are a must

  • Sound knowledge on office tools (MS Office 365 Apps), preferably with exposure or experience in Adobe tools, web analytics and email marketing platforms like Poppulo

  • Ability to collaborate and work internationally is required

Preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years’ international experience in marketing, communications, or project management

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related curriculum

  • International marketing experience

  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills are a must.
