Bristol Myers Squibb est un chef de file en médecine cardiovasculaire, avec près de 50 ans d’expérience dans ce champ thérapeutique et un riche pipeline cardiovasculaire. Sous la responsabilité de la directrice nationale des ventes, le (la) Spécialiste, champs thérapeutiques, Maladies cardiovasculaires est chargé de promouvoir et de vendre nos produits cardiovasculaires aux cardiologues sur le territoire désigné, conformément aux directives de marketing de la Société et en utilisant les techniques de vente pertinentes, ainsi que les outils omnicanaux lors d’interactions en face à face et virtuelles.

Atteindre les résultats en termes de vente et être responsable des résultats sur le territoire
Élaborer des plans de compte complets avec l’équipe interfonctionnelle
Représenter efficacement le(s) produit(s) et apporter de la valeur aux clients dans un environnement omnicanal avec les outils approuvés
Assurer la gestion des indicateurs clés de performance dans le plan de territoire
Collaboration interfonctionnelle oCollaborer efficacement au sein d’une équipe interfonctionnelle pour assurer le succès de la marque et l’excellence de l’exécution afin d’obtenir les meilleurs résultats possibles pour les patients
S’assurer que les connaissances sur les clients, le champ thérapeutique, la concurrence et les autres renseignements sur le marché soient partagées avec l’équipe interfonctionnelle élargie
Assurer la liaison avec l’équipe interfonctionnelle élargie pour garantir l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux
Sens aigu des affaires
Identifier et analyser les opportunités commerciales en utilisant les données, les renseignements sur le terrain et les analyses pour promouvoir la croissance des ventes tout en assurant l’alignement avec le plan stratégique de la marque
Suivi régulier des plans de territoire et recommandation proactive de plans d’ajustement si nécessaire
Compétences en vente
Démontrer une compréhension approfondie du domaine thérapeutique lié au produit
Faire preuve de crédibilité et d’intégrité auprès des professionnels de la santé grâce à une connaissance approfondie des produits promus et des produits concurrents
Maîtriser les techniques de vente et apporter de la valeur à chaque interaction•Offrir de la valeur aux clients
Établir de solides relations professionnelles avec les clients afin de garantir l’exécution du plan tactique
Acquérir une compréhension approfondie des perceptions et des opinions réelles des clients afin d’identifier les besoins et les perceptions véritables
Utiliser les ressources internes et externes pour apporter une valeur ajoutée aux clients afin de créer des partenariats et de développer nos affaires

Qualifications et expérience
Diplôme de premier cycle requis
Plus de trois ans d’expérience en ventes spécialisées ou en marketing dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou un secteur connexe
Maîtriser les plans d’affaires, les campagnes de vente et de marketing, des programmes à valeur ajoutée ou d’autres techniques de ventes pour atteindre les objectifs fixés
Expérience en planification des comptes et en gestion de territoire au sein d’une équipe interfonctionnelle
Expérience dans le lancement de produits, un atout
Expérience dans le domaine thérapeutique cardiovasculaire, un atout
Connaissance de l’anglais et du français, à l’écrit et à l’oral, un atout
Permis de conduire valide

Position Summary
Bristol Myers Squibb is a leader in Cardiovascular medicine, with almost 50 years of experience in this therapeutic area and a rich CV pipeline. Reporting to the Associate National Sales Director, the CV Therapeutic Area Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling our Cardiovascular products to cardiologists in the designated territory in accordance with Company marketing guidelines and using the relevant sales techniques, and omni-channel tools during both face to face and virtual interactions.

Ability to achieve objectives
Achieving sales results and accountability for results within territory
Build comprehensive account plans with cross-functional team
Effectively representing the product(s) and providing value to customers in omni-channel environment and with approved tools
Ensuring management of the key performance indicators in the territory plan
Cross-functional collaboration
Successfully collaborating within a cross-functional team to ensure brand success and excellence in execution to have best possible patient outcomes
Ensure customer and disease area insights, competitive information and other market intelligence is shared with larger cross functional team
Acting as a liaison with broader cross-functional team to ensure that business objectives are met
Strong Business Acumen
Identifying and analyzing business opportunities by using data, field intelligence and analytics to promote sales growth while ensuring alignment with brand strategic plan
Regular monitoring of territory plans and proactively recommending adjustment plans if required
Sales Skills
Demonstrating a deep understanding of the therapeutic area related to product
Demonstrating credibility and integrity to HCP’s through expert knowledge of promoted and competitive products
Possessing a command of sales techniques and bringing value in each interaction
Offering value to clients
Establishing strong professional relationships with clients to ensure execution of the tactical plan; acquiring a thorough understanding of clients’ actual perceptions and opinions to identify true needs and perceptions
Using internal and external resources to bring added value to clients to build partnerships and grow our business
Change agility
Remaining positive and resilient in the face of changing market conditions and brand objectives while continuing to identify opportunities to maintain our competitive edge
Qualifications & Experience
Undergraduate degree required
More than three years of successful experience in specialty sales or marketing in pharmaceuticals or a related industry
Proficient in using business plans, sales and marketing campaigns, value added programs or other dales techniques to achieve set objectives
Experience in Account Planning and territory management within a cross-functional team
Experience in product launches an asset
Experience in cardiovascular therapeutic area an asset
English & French (written and oral) an asset
Valid driver’s license
