Job Description
General Summary:
Vertex is seeking to hire a NA Omnichannel Analytics, Director, Kidney
to join the North America Forecasting, Analytics & Insights team. The Director will be responsible for shaping and extending Vertex’s data analytics strategy into the Kidney business unit by building on established frameworks for measurement strategy. The Director’s remit includes both HCP and patient audiences, spanning digital media (search, social, web, email, online video) and personal marketing channels (field force, congress, speaker programs, webinars, sampling). The Director will partner closely with key stakeholders in the Kidney business unit, internal analytics SMEs and agency partners to translate complex customer data and analytics into recommendations that inform decision-making for channel investments, customer targeting/activation and ongoing optimizations.

$185,900 - $278,900Disclosure Statement:
The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
