Our Indian Operations Centre (INOPC) is a competence centre with around 2000+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, functional system testing, installation supervision, and commissioning. Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for detailed project planning, schedule review, budget estimation & review, project scope 

  • Interfacing with multiple engineering disciplines for technical clarifications 

  • Project meetings, internal and customer  

  • Ensure the technical scope and inputs are clear to the project team 

  • Knowledge on the quality process connected with the project execution, continuous improvement programs 

  • Take ownership for the project KPIs such as OTD, COPQ etc. 

  • Risk and Opportunities meeting  

  • Drive the improvement programs in project and process.

  •  Involved in Business Meetings, Operations discussions, Project Design review meetings, Continuous improvement programs (Technical, Process) ,Target settings, Functional Competence assessment.

Your Background:

  • Education Qualification: Bachelor / Masters (ECE, EEE, E&I) 

  • Candidate should have 2 to 3 years exp working in a Leadership roles .

  • Must have knowledge in Control system / in other following areas HMI, SCADA, Network, Cybersecurity in OT / SAS L6S  .

  •  Comprehensive knowledge of related disciplines in the organization.  

  • Independent, solution-oriented, organized, and responsive with a strong drive and focus on delivering results.

  • Confident, both on a personal level and in your leadership. Facilitate teamwork and communicate clearly at all levels.

  • Excellent English speaker, good communication skills.

  • High level of ownership.

  • Dynamic and Proactive, willing to grow in the organization.
