  • Provide a high level of customer service to CEO and C-Suite Leaders.  Establish a warm, welcome, and professional atmosphere for all employees.  
  • Handle all reservations and conference room bookings
  • Inspects and maintains appearance and functionality of conference rooms and offices
  • Assist Hospitality Manager with corporate meetings and events. 
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the surrounding area (restaurants, gyms, shopping, buildings, highways, transportation)
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees, including Building Mgmt. and Engineers.
    • Assists employees in all guest service matters including concierge requests.
    • Monitors and processes visitor and registration requests
    • Escorts all high touch clients to their meeting destinations.
    • Support quarterly earnings activities for the CEO office including critical documents that require precise organization including binding and lamination.  Handle requests for printing, copies and food & beverage requests from the Leadership team members that arrive onsite during the earnings period.
    • Handle all print and mail activities
    • Promotes team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments and colleauges.
    • Provides a professional, efficient arrival and departure experience for our guests and employees while creating a memorable visit.
    • Set up of service areas and restocking necessary Food & Beverage items including but not limited to coffee and to-go condiments during and at the conclusion of your shift.
    • Checking the quantity and quality of supplies, snacks, and beverages on a daily basis. 
    • Local driving required to various coffee shops and restaurants to obtain lunch/snacks/dinner
