Accountable for the production & product delivery to the customer on a given scope (site / region / country etc.). Manage team(s) covering different activities in Secondary Production (eg. operations technicians, maintenance, product compliance etc).
INCLUDE Cluster/Country/Site Secondary Production Operations management

 

Main Accountabilities
Guarantee the implementation of the strategy and objectives in his/her domain
Drive the Area Operations towards the objectives
Manage high complexity teams in terms of processes, products, safety.
Set and supervise the operational KPIs to guarantee a Continuous improvement implementation in his/her domain
Develop the manager's level and supports the manager in developing their teams
Own Robust expertise and Knowledge on the field operations under his /her responsibility

Differentiating Criteria
Perform appropriate management of the area of expertise associated to the role
Manage the activities typically multi site or transversal towards the objectives
Able to drive the transformation phase in the associated domain typically transversal and multi site
Contribute in defining the operational KPIs to gaurantee a Continuous improvement implementation in his/her domain
Develop the manager's level and supports the manager in developing their teams
Own specific expertise and Knowledge in the field operations under his /her responsibility

Success Profile: - Educational Level: University graduate, or equivalent or better knowledge, experience, achievements - Work Experience: With minimum of 3-5+ years work experience in related role from a multinational company; 1 year of which is in managerial role
