What We’re Looking For

We are eager to speak with SREs who are not just looking for a role but are excited about shaping their position to match their aspirations and our evolving needs. We seek professionals with 5 to 7 years of experience who embody the following qualities:

• Exceptional Engineering Skills: You should have strong programming skills and experience in software engineering principles. Enthusiasm for coding and problem-solving is a must.

• Reliability and Performance Focus: A deep understanding of maintaining and improving system reliability, performance, and scalability. Experience with monitoring, incident response, and system optimization is essential.

• Engineering and Operations Expertise: Proficiency in managing large-scale distributed systems and familiarity with infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services.

• Problem-Solving and Innovation: A hacker mentality with the ability to tackle complex problems, iterate on solutions, and innovate to improve system reliability and user experiences.

• Enhance System Reliability: Focus on redesigning and rebuilding our systems to ensure they are robust, scalable, and ready for future growth.

• Improve User Experience: Translate advanced reliability practices into seamless, reliable product experiences for our users, evolving from basic tools to advanced, interactive data workspaces.

• Build and Maintain Systems: Develop, maintain, and improve systems and subsystems related to infrastructure, ETL automation, and data processing.

• Collaborate on Solutions: Work closely with our Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams to address and solve emerging customer challenges.

• Innovate and Implement: Adopt and develop engineering solutions that help Clarisights enhance current offerings and explore new business verticals.

• Explore and Learn: Draw inspiration from industry leaders like Snowflake, Notion, Grafana, and Tableau to drive innovation and build state-of-the-art technology.

Good to Know

Location: We are currently hiring Site Reliability Engineers in Bangalore.

Hiring Process and Timeline: We aim to close the Site Reliability hiring process in 2-3 weeks from application to offer. The hiring process takes place in 4 stages, each of which is filtered:

1. Culture and Fit Interview: Over a 30-minute call we will outline the opportunity, review your work experience and look for signs and evidence of culture fit.

2. Tech Round 1: It will cover the CS fundamentals (Distributed Systems knowledge, Linux knowledge etc.)

3. Tech Round 2: This round will be a deep-tech round.
