Join us as an Investor Relations Advisory Analyst in our International Graduate Programme (V.I.E)! 

Are you ready to kickstart your career with the leading pan-European market infrastructure? Euronext Corporate Solutions Pool, as part of Euronext, is seeking a dynamic candidate to join our Investor Relations & Advisory team in Milan.   

The expected start date is 1st March or 1st of April 2026.

You will be primarily responsible for: 

You will be part of the team in Milan team to support the development of IR Advisory service offer among issuers both in Italy and in the rest of Europe. Reporting to a Senior Associate of the IR Advisory team, you will contribute to the preparation, definition and execution of the deployment strategy of the roadmap in Italy and the rest of Europe for Post-Listing Advisory, Shareholder Analysis and  ESG Advisory.

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Delivering advisory support and analytics for Clients (studies; presentations; market surveillance; briefing and feedback memos, investors’ ID and targeting…), accordingly with quality and commitment standards of the IR Advisory team; 
  • Monitoring Clients’ investors relations activity (share capital evolution; investors’ CRM management, road books, …) and producing Clients periodic market updates and listing reports; 
  • Participating to the evolution of the services’ content by identifying Clients’ needs and fostering cross-selling of Advisory & IR Solutions – contribution in delivering Shareholder Analysis reports and support on ESG Advisory clients - and of other Corporate Solutions;
  • Contributing to the business development effort by preparing advisory pitches, reporting activities in a CRM (meetings scheduled, meeting reports, opportunities raised, stage, updates) and participating to the preparation of marketing events and contents such as webinars, sectorial barometers...
  • Participating to meeting with Clients after few months of training, based on the learning curve

Your Profile: 

  • Young professional with proven experience in the financial markets industry and strong academic credentials
  • Previous experience related to Equity Capital Markets and/or Investor Relations required (including investment banking, equity research, equity sales, equity trading, consultancy, in-house IR)
  • Applicants with professional references will be prioritized
  • An interest in the Italian economic system would be a plus, willingness to strengthen knowledge of financial markets
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Italian knowledge is a plus (or willingness to learn Italian). Additional languages are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an international, multicultural and complex environment, and to collaborate with colleagues
  • Solid understanding of - and interest in - capital markets
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail as well as project management skills
  • Willingness and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, ability to manage large amounts of data, knowledge of financial databases (e.g. Refinitiv, Factset, Bloomberg)
  • Fast learner, pro-active behaviour, and positive mindset
  • Strong abilities to perform research and build relevant intelligence on a wide set of quantitative and qualitative topics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an international, multicultural and complex environment, and to collaborate with colleagues

To take part in Euronext's International Graduate programme, you will need to fulfil the eligibility criteria of a V.I.E:

  • Be 18-28 by the day of the beginning of the mission
  • Be a citizen from the European Economic Area

IR Advisory

Within the Euronext Corporate Solutions department, the Advisory & IR Solutions team is in charge of assisting executive management of listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets, providing them high-touch advisory, market intelligence and decision making analytics: shareholders identification and targeting, understanding of investors’ perception and expectations, leveraging their listing with market experts, “360° listing diagnostic”, improving equity-story and preparing access to investors and capital.
