Based in Barcelona, you will be part of the South marketing team. This team will be accountable for:

- Bringing our Consumer Fields of Play to life in the territory through key relationships with the faces (individuals and communities) & places that matter most to Running, Fitness, and Football, and leveraging our on-the-ground connectivity to youth, sport & culture

- Amplifying our Concept Map through complementary executions on the ground that build off Global-Geo campaigns, eg through pinnacle activations

- Ensuring our Nike Sport Marketplace on the ground in South, and especially in Spain & Portugal, shows up as pinnacle and sharply connected to our Field of Play visions

- Fuelling our global engine with sharp, relevant consumer insights that can scale

What will you work on?

As Specialist II, Retail Marketing, EKIN, Spain & Portugal you will be part of the South Retail Marketing function, reporting directly to the Manager, Retail Marketing, EKIN Spain & Portugal. In this role core duties will include:

- Delivering all seasonal and 365 education and engagement plans for priority field of play via the code planning process

- Delivering localized training experiences to upskill and inspire retail employees across the NSM in Spain & Portugal on Nike’s mission, brand and innovation

- Partnering with the South marketing team to help deliver Nike’s brand and business objectives in Spain & Portugal

Who will you work with?

In this role you will work fluidly across the full South marketing team, and working with cross-functional marketing partners to bring your vision to life for our consumers in the territory. You will work closely with the Nike Direct team &

the MPUs, at South and EMEA level, and you will also work closely with the EMEA EKIN team to stay abreast of latest strategies and help share best practices.You will report directly into the Manager, Retail Marketing, EKIN Spain & Portugal.

The shape of your day-to-day work will vary significantly, and therefore your style and influence will have to adapt accordingly. You therefore must be collaborative, intuitive, and maximise the effectiveness of individual as well as

collective thinking. You must be open to the opinions and expertise of those you engage with in order to apply coherent strategy and thinking that leads to new opportunities.

Position requirements:

A deep passion for our brand, our mission, and our innovation

Prior experience with the marketplace within marketing or training with a strong focus on innovation.

Prior experience in Training delivery, project management, and digital content creation highly advantageous

A demonstrable understanding of the Spanish consumer, the territory and Nike’s position within it, with a track

record of making strategic marketing decisions within this environment.

A desire & willingness to adapt in an agile fashion to our consumers’ and organisation’s needs to deepen our relationships with member.

•Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish, Catalan is advantageous.
