We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Financial/Data Analyst to join our Global Front-End Operations Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing data consolidation and data analysis activities, providing insights to support financial decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate the financial results and forecasts for all three US fabs.
  • Develop, optimize & automate financial model to support fast turnaround and accurate financial budgeting process for all US fabs
  • Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources. Collaborate with the Central Finance Analytics & IT teams to standardize and automate various financial reporting processes.
  • Analyze spending data, benchmark across sites, identify key takeaways and identify opportunities for cost improvement initiatives across all US fabs
  • Work with business partners to develop and analyze business intelligence needs
  • Drive cash-based capital expenditure analysis and ITC reporting requirements.
  • Help drive the standardization process for wafer standard costing.
  • Perform month-end close & forecasting activities for one of the fabs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Data/Financial Analyst at minimum 5 years, preferably in a manufacturing finance environment.
  • Strong proficiency in big data analysis and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate collaboration with team members across various time zones.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
