As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly assessing the current organizational state. This role requires capturing high-level requirements and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, ensuring seamless integration across functions. Additionally, the role supports transformation efforts by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key initiatives, fostering collaboration and driving impactful change within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and user interface design.
- Experience with component-based architecture and state management.
- Ability to integrate Vue.js applications with backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with responsive design techniques and cross-browser compatibility.
- Skilled in debugging and optimizing web applications for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Vue.js.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
