Team Description

We deliver high-quality virtual training to Sabre customers—travel agents—and extend learning opportunities to academic institutions and individual learners. Our goal is to empower users with the skills to thrive in travel technology through strategic partnerships and engaging content.

We’re looking for a dynamic Product Training Specialist to lead virtual Sabre training sessions – preferably in Portuguese – and expand our educational outreach. This role blends instructional delivery with strategic development to grow our training impact.

Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual Sabre training – preferable in Portuguese.
• Manage logistics and ensure training quality.
• Develop and promote educational offerings for academic and individual learners.
• Build relationships with universities and travel schools.
• Support content creation and improvement.
• Track performance metrics and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Expertise in Sabre products is highly appreciated.
• Prior training or teaching experience is highly valued
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and content authoring software.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.

• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to diverse learning needs.
