Manufacturing Support

Responsibilities 

• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products
• Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as welders, painters, and carpenters
• Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
• Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
• Set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility 
• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures
• Other manual labor tasks as required by the supervisor
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair
• Any tasks requested which supports workflow.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting/moving heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
• Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Salary/Hourly Range: $18.50 to $20. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Compensation packages also include comprehensive benefits, 401K contribution and match, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and more. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
