Fully Remote or Hybrid if Local – Böblingen, DE

We are seeking a committed ERP Process Analyst (m/f/d) to analyze our global Source-to-Pay processes within the Industrial Group and to design efficient, scalable ERP solutions together with the business and IT teams. You will drive process optimization, testing and training and provide data-driven insights to harmonize and continuously improve our global operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, system functionalities and data requirements
• Produce and communicate functional requirements derived from gap analyses
• Support development of test scripts, user acceptance testing and training
• Assess current system capabilities and define required modifications
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, applications and training
• Collaborate closely with IT, business units and global teams to harmonize processes
• Implement a strategy for continuous process monitoring and improvement

Your profile:

• Degree in a technical or business discipline
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment, ideally in a leadership role
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems (SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA)
• Experience with supplier portals as well as process documentation, monitoring and training tools
• Analytical mindset, strong IT affinity and excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Very good English skills
