The Tech For Operations TFO team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model driving exceptional results. What would you do:

You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager or IT support with strong technical expertise in networking, virtualization, and customer-facing environments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing IT projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. Strong English communication skills (B2+ level) are essential, as well as knowledge of ITIL processes and information security fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects across networking, virtualization, and voice solution environments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects aligned with business objectives.
• Apply ITIL best practices for incident, change, and problem management.
• Oversee and Implement VPN and network-related projects, ensuring secure and stable connectivity.
• Manage implementations or integrations with voice solutions (e.g., AWS Connect, Genesys, or similar platforms).
• Provide oversight for VDI support environments (Citrix or other virtualization platforms).
• Ensure adherence to client data protection policies and enforce information security best practices.
• Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and automation within project workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, IT Support, or similar role.
• Networking and VPN knowledge, with ability to manage related technical projects.
• Strong customer-facing experience, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English level B2+, excellent verbal and written communication.
• ITIL process knowledge (certification preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of voice/contact center solutions such as AWS Connect, Genesys, or equivalent.
• VDI supports experience (Citrix or other virtualization platforms).
• Familiarity with information security basics and data protection compliance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Minimum required education: High School Diploma.

Preferred Skills:

• ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with high data security standards.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and related technologies.
