Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and addressing any issues that may arise. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand requirements, designing and developing application components, and conducting testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with the team to understand application requirements and translate them into technical designs. - Design, develop, and test application components to meet business process and application requirements. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues to identify and resolve any defects or performance issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems and ensure seamless functionality. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance application development processes. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to facilitate their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Oracle CC&B. - Knowledge of Oracle database concepts and SQL. - Familiarity with web services and integration technologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A BE degree is required.
