Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner
Understand customer concerns and provide timely, accurate resolutions
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines
Document customer interactions clearly in CRM systems
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, quality scores, and adherence
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach in all interactions
Participate in training, coaching, and quality improvement initiatives
Strong verbal and written communication skills
