How you will create an impact

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and analysis: Review claims activities and operational data to identify inconsistencies, inefficiencies, and potential risks, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements

  • Process support and improvement: Analyze end-to-end claims processes (including FNOL) to identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, and operational efficiency and  streamline compliance processes, review marketing materials for compliance, and assist with new product development compliance checks.

  • Reporting and documentation: Assist in creating reports and documentation for regulatory filings track key operational metrics (KPIs), and maintain accurate documentation to support decision-making and operational controls

  • Operational controls and compliance: Support the execution of controls within claims processes, ensuring alignment with internal governance and audit requirements

  • Contract and vendor documentation review: Support the analysis of vendor contracts, service agreements, and operational terms to ensure alignment with business requirements, service expectations, and internal governance standards

  • Cross-functional coordination:  Internal and external communication, act as a liaison between different departments or respond to inquiries from employees, customers, or regulators.

  • Customer and operational support: Assist in resolving operational issues and support inquiries related to claims processes, ensuring quality and consistency in execution

  • Continuous improvement: Contribute to initiatives focused on enhancing claims efficiency, data quality, and customer experience

  • Systems and data interaction: Support the use and improvement of claims systems, ensuring proper data input, tracking, and process execution

  • Auditing and investigations: Support senior analysts with audits and investigations, help identify compliance vulnerabilities, and assist in implementing corrective actions.

 

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Advanced English Skills

  • Experience in claims operations (insurance, broker, or related environment)

  • Solid understanding of claims processes and workflows (FNOL is a plus)

  • Experience with operational routines, controls, and process execution

  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and support decision-making

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Good communication skills and ability to work across different areas

  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools

  • Basic understanding of contractual terms and vendor agreements is a plus

  • Experience with process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives

  • Familiarity with claims systems and digital tools

  • Exposure to controls, audit, or compliance routines

  • Good knowledge of data analysis and performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Exposure to contract analysis or legal/operational review of vendor agreements
