This high-impact position within the Litigation Team is responsible for managing significant litigation matters, advising on litigation risk, and driving favorable results for the Company. More specifically, you will:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of global litigation matters, including significant litigation and regulatory enforcement matters.
  • Partner with legal professionals and attorneys to address escalated subpoenas, consumer complaints, and eDiscovery issues.
  • Report to senior and executive leaders on litigation risk and strategy.
  • Regularly partner and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Business colleagues on cross-functional projects.
  • Drive successful partnerships with outside counsel and manage litigation budgets.
  • Positively impact the customer experience.

Role Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 6 years as a litigation attorney with relevant, practical experience in a law firm, a corporate legal department, and/or the government.
  • Education: JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
  • Technical Skills: Litigation management, legal research and writing, budget management, proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Other Attributes: Verbal and written communication, negotiation, advocacy, stakeholder management, problem solving, and teamwork.

Salary 

The on-target earnings range is $150,000 - $210,000 per year as a base salary plus short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
