Responsibilities:

  •  Design and implement solutions using low-code/no-code (LCNC) platforms such as Salesforce, MS Power Apps, Pega or Appian
  •  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  •  Develop and maintain applications and workflows that meet organizational needs and enhance business processes.
  •  Ensure the scalability and performance of LCNC solutions across various environments.
  •  Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate new features and capabilities of LCNC platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LCNC applications and workflows.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • A Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining LCNC applications and workflows.
  • Proficiency (Certified) in one or more popular LCNC platforms such as Salesforce, MS Power Apps, Pega or Appian
  •  - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  •  

Desired Skills:

  •  Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders and teach members
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  •  Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
  •  Knowledge of data integration and API management within LCNC platforms
  •  Experience in providing training and support to end-users 
     

The annual salary range for this position is $65,400.00-$98,200.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
