Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to align with both process and functional requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating closely with the Application Architect to develop a comprehensive process blueprint, ensuring that business process requirements are effectively translated into application requirements and metrics. You will also participate in quality management reviews, ensuring that all business and design requirements are thoroughly met while educating stakeholders to foster a complete understanding of the designs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Continuously assess and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques. - Experience with performance metrics and key performance indicators. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A Application development is required.
