Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day revolves around leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. You serve as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to align application functionalities with business needs, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of the software being developed. This position requires a proactive approach to managing project tasks and adapting to evolving requirements to achieve successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
- Document design specifications and development processes to maintain clear communication within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and workflows.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within ServiceNow environments.
- Knowledge of integration techniques between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
