Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead), you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve applying business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies, defining and implementing key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: A: Proven team player with an analytical mind bent to problem solving and delivering solutions B: Flexible for work commitments C: Analyzing the Requirements from the client D: Participating in preparing Test Plans E: Preparing Test artifacts like test scenarios, scripts, test data, test completion report etc F: Mentoring junior team members G: Executing the Test Cases H: Defect Tracking & prompt follow up on defects in Quality Center I: Giving mandatory information of a defect to developers in order to fix it J: Communication with the Onshore Test Lead / Test Manager K: Maintain positive client interactions. L: Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems. Professional & Technical Skills: A: Proficient in Test using Selenium Tools B :Good to have ETL testing background. C: Experience in creating, modifying or enhancing DB/Oracle SQL, PL/SQL scripts D : Knowledge in reconciliation. E: Experience in Data Driven Testing, Cross browser testing using Selenium Web Driver,Test NG and Selenium Grid F: Strong Experience in Automating Web Application Testing using Selenium Web driver with Test NG Framework G: Strong Experience in Automation Infrastructure Development or Java Programming, Selenium Web Driver, Junit and Test NG H: Good Knowledge in API & Well versed with Eclipse,Maven,TestNG,JIRA I: Basic knowledge in Cloud Architecture and Testing Additional Information: A: Good communication Skill B: Good Analytical Skill C: Good Team Player
