Job Description

What is the opportunity?

We're excited to offer a unique 12-month Secondment / Fixed Term Contract in our dynamic London team – perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible, relationship-driven environment. This role is your chance to step into a high-impact position, supporting two key leaders: the Head of Wealth Management Europe (WME) Credit & Banking Solutions and the Head of Wealth Management (WM) Credit & Banking Solutions Strategic Initiatives & Product Strategy.
You'll be at the heart of both business-as-usual operations and strategic initiatives, coordinating projects, reporting, and administration for our Credit and Banking Solutions teams.

With 4 days in the office (London) and 1 day remote, this role offers the ideal balance for someone who loves building lasting connections while driving results.

What will you do?

  • Be the organisational backbone for our leaders, managing diaries with precision and ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, rooms, and refreshments.
  • Juggle priorities like a pro, using your initiative to solve challenges with minimal supervision-because no two days are the same!
  • Build strong relationships, across the team and with WME leaders – making sure what needs to get done, gets done.
  • Keep policies and products on track, ensuring reviews and refreshes are timely and tools are up to date.
  • Empower our teams by tracking training needs and helping prepare materials for key governance meetings-think committees where our leaders shape strategy.

What do you need to succeed?
Must-Have

  • Executive-level support experience in Financial Services-you know how to anticipate needs and deliver flawlessly.
  • A knack for organisation and administration, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Brilliant interpersonal skills-you thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment and build trust effortlessly.
  • Masterful prioritisation and a track record of embracing change to improve processes.
  • A strong grasp of control environments, balancing efficiency with compliance.

What is in it for you?

We thrive on the challenge to be our best - progressive thinking to keep growing and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.  We care about each other, reaching our potential, making a difference to our communities, and achieving success that is mutual.

  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities.
  • Opportunities to work with the best in the field.
  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact.
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team.
