Cleveland Clinic Community Care offers high quality, patient-centered primary care. Our dedicated care teams provide healthcare for all ages, from newborns to older adults, focusing on prevention and wellness, the diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses as well as complex diseases, and management of chronic conditions. This position is an opportunity at our newest Location in Jensen Beach. Hiring and training will be conducted at our Tiffany location, learning to work alongside the 8 providers in preparation for the new office's future opening date. The individual in this role will be rooming, taking care of basket work, answering my chart messages, and assisting with prescription refills. 
 
 

A caregiver in this position works potential 8- or 10-hour shifts between practice open office hours of 7:30AM – 6:00PM.   
 
 

Required qualifications for the ideal candidate include: 

  • Graduate of Accredited LPN program. 

  • Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. 

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred if working in Cardiology. 

  • Customer Service Skills; ability to provide professional nursing care to patients 

  • Complete authorization forms and laboratory requisitions.   
     

  • Implement pain management assessments and documentation.  
     

  • Adhere to the National Patient Safety Goals as outlined by JCAHO.   
     

  • Knowledge of infection control practices.   
     

  • Experience with technology 

  • Computer literacy
