Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also engage in proactive maintenance and optimization of network infrastructures to enhance operational efficiency and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to improve service delivery. - Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with network monitoring tools and techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues effectively. - Familiarity with cloud-based network solutions and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
