Bolt Food Delivery launched in August 2019 and now operates in 20 countries and 130+ cities in Europe & Africa. The business unit includes restaurant delivery and grocery delivery.

In this role, you will act as a key financial advisor and strategic partner to the Commercial teams within Bolt Food, ensuring data-driven decision-making and financial discipline across markets. You will be responsible for financial planning, performance tracking, commercial efficiency analysis, and investment evaluations, helping drive growth and profitability.

This role requires strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to collaborate closely with HQ, regional, and local teams. You will play a crucial role in bridging finance and commercial operations, providing strategic insights and financial guidance to optimize pricing, promotions, partner economics, and other key business levers.

  • <point>You have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, business valuation (e.g., Big-4), financial planning & analysis, or similar fields.</point>
  • <point>You have strong expertise in financial and business modeling, as well as budgeting tools, with proficiency in G-Sheets/Excel (including VBA), and basic knowledge of SQL and BI/data visualization tools.</point>
  • <point>You understand complex business ecosystems and can develop high-end financial and operational models, coupled with excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.</point>
  • <point>You have experience in recruiting, coaching, and building teams.</point>
  • <point>You have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, with flexibility to adapt to pressing deadlines in a dynamic tech environment.</point>
  • <point>You are an effective collaborator with exceptional verbal and written English language skills and a basic level of project management abilities, able to drive aspects of projects across diverse business domains.</point>
