How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


 

Fulfill the production tasks assigned by Workshop Supervisor. Production according to the safety principles and schedule arrangement.


 

Main Accountabilities
1. Conduct welding and its related work according to drawing and welding process documents.
2. Follow working procedures as defined in the welding control procedure.
3. Execute instruction from foreman and duly report the work progress.
4. Responsible for the routine maintenance of the welding machine.
5. Maintain work area clean, tidy and everything in good order.
6. Manage team working schedules.
7. Manage routine equipment maintenance and when needed, correct use of tools, equipment, tooling.

Differentiating Criteria
#1 - Initiates the solutions, but limited to implement the decision only under supervision
#2 - Lead and coach new workers in day to day tasks


 

Are you a MATCH?


 

- High School or Technical degree
- Welder’s qualification/certification or cold forming
- Minimum 3-5 years working experiences as welder
- Good production organization and management of labors
