About the Team and the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Practice Manager in Testing Services. In this role, you will lead a team of about 10 consultants who provide testing services to clients. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing delivery including timelines, budgeting, and resourcing, and supporting pre-sales and sales activities. This position is an exciting opportunity to define goals and strategy for the group, expand the practice by introducing new services and products, and work closely with internal stakeholders such as senior managers to execute strategy, report, and present progress.
What You Will Be Doing:
· Team Management: Lead and manage a team of about 10 consultants, ensuring successful delivery of testing services.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
· Delivery Management: Oversee project delivery, including timelines, budgeting, and resourcing, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Pre-Sales and Sales Support: Support pre-sales and sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
· Strategy and Goal Definition: Define goals and strategy for the testing services group, aligning with overall company objectives.
· Practice Expansion: Work on expanding the practice by introducing new services and expanding to new products.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as senior managers to execute strategy, report, and present progress.
What You Bring:
· Experience: Proven experience in managing a team of consultants and delivering services to clients.
· Client-Focused: Strong ability to understand client needs, propose effective solutions, and ensure successful delivery of testing services.
· Project Management: Experience in managing project delivery, including timelines, budgeting, and resourcing.
· Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.
· Strategic Thinking: Ability to define goals and strategy for the group, aligning with overall company objectives.
· Innovation: A proactive approach to introducing new services and expanding to new products.
Bonus If You Have:
· Tool Assessment: Experience in assessing and implementing testing tools to enhance the testing process.
· Financial Industry Knowledge: Understanding of financial products and processes, especially in Treasury.
