Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads high-profile, local communications projects spanning a broad range of topics including corporate, product, internal and external operations.
  • Collaborates daily with peers at Global, Regional and Local operations.
  • Constant collaboration with external holders, associations with a shares service center environment.
  • Creates and drives initiatives and campaigns aligned with Corp. Comms., Marketing, Global direction.
  • Conceives and drives executive communication projects for Managing Director office and key execs including forums, speeches, presentations.
  • Constant searching of new forums, where our company will have a interaction and recognition.
  • Monitors and orchestrates local crisis management.
  • Leads select consolidated planning and reporting.
  • Develops and aligns messaging, per Regional/Global direction.
  • Produces company and corporate content for Local/Regional/Global use, digital content, social media content.
  • Planning of Editorial Calendar in collaboration with team.
  • Produce corporate or product events.
  • Coordination of agency activities.

Qualifications:

  • 6 to 8 years of communications experience
  • Internal and external communications and channel management experience
  • Preferred experience with regional media strategy, relations, and campaigning experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to execution, using structured project management skills.
  • Some experience in reputation risk management including identification, quantification, mitigation, management.
  • Capable of independently producing high-quality content
  • Capable of leading people and teams across the hierarchical spectrum, including more senior players with reporting responsibility to Local/Regional/Global.
  • Team/agencies management skills.
  • Digital PR experience.
  • Desirable previous experience working on agency.

Globally minded. Highly ethical. Ambitious. Strong negotiation skills. Comfortable in fast-paced, global, matrixed organization.  Knowledge/interest of emerging digital, consumer and public affairs trends.

Technical Skills:

Microsoft Office – Advanced (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Thorough knowledge of social media platforms and tools. Working knowledge of graphic design.

Languages:  advanced English level.

Studies: Bachelor´s in Communications, Marketing, Administration, Business or Related Subject.
