The role:

Reporting to the WSS Branch Manager, Iberia is responsible to ensure and provide engineering and technical support to the area sales managers, distributors and customers in WSS segment supporting the selling of dewatering, rental and treatment solutions covered by the company’s brands and products portfolio.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges.

• Present and demonstrate our product offerings, emphasizing their value and benefits.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to tailor solutions that meet customer specifications.

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of technical proposals and presentations.

• Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

• Participate in continuous training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ work experience in the related field is required for this position

• Knowledge of different kinds of product, clients and sales environment in the own market.

• Comfortable with working in a changing and dynamic environment.

• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships. Being able to build trustworthy partnership.

• Proactively anticipate problems and provide solutions.

• Create and be accountable for all clients’ proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following company procedures.
