Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating and implementing cloud-native tools that best support and enhance application development processes. This role requires continuous assessment of available cloud technologies to ensure optimal deployment strategies. The engineer collaborates with various teams to integrate these tools seamlessly into existing workflows, ensuring that development cycles are efficient and scalable. The position demands staying current with evolving cloud platforms and adapting solutions to meet project requirements, thereby driving innovation and operational excellence within the cloud environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of cloud-native technologies to support diverse project needs.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align cloud platform strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, Python (Programming Language), Node.js.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
- Experience in designing scalable and resilient cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools within cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud platform performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
