About the Role

Working in a very dynamic environment to get user issues resolved and new Hardware/Software rolled out.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, support, troubleshoot, and resolve operating issues, including failures and service-level degradation.
  • Resolving end user’s desktop computer issues that may include but not limited to hardware, printer troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Monitoring, support, and troubleshoot the IT infrastructure for operating issues involving failures, degradation, and event correlation.
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution for all types of the IT infrastructure as assigned.
  • Answer internal or external users’ inquiries regarding computer hardware and software.
  • Initiate corrective actions to ensure connectivity and minimize downtime.
  • Building Lap tops for new employees.

Requirements

  • Preform 2nd and 3rd level support on Windows and Mac Machines
  • Ability to troubleshoot operations issues.
  • Ability to complete basic hardware/software installations.
  • Basic understanding of software monitoring tools & understanding of backup procedures.
