JOB SUMMARY:

The Mission Readiness & Operations Integration Lead reports to the Global Command Center (GC3) Lead and is responsible for leading asset management activities supporting the program’s operational, sustainment, and maintenance initiatives. This role provides both technical and managerial oversight to ensure assets, events, and operational activities are properly scheduled, deconflicted, and aligned with mission needs. The position supports daily operations and may require on-call, evening, or weekend support during system anomalies or test events. reports to the Global Command Center (GC3) Lead and is responsible for leading asset management activities supporting the program’s operational, sustainment, and maintenance initiatives. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Mission Readiness & Operations Integration lead activities across operational, sustainment, and maintenance initiatives.
• Collaborate with Fielding, Testing, Patching, and Warfighter teams to align asset usage with mission requirements.
• Execute Global Operating Instructions for asset management and event execution.
• Provide daily briefings to the customer and resolve conflicts with program schedules.
• Use THOR to create, edit, and track Jemini Event Objective Worksheets (JEOWs) to ensure operations, maintenance, training, and exercises are properly scheduled and deconflicted.
• Consolidate TO-60, TO-03, and external calendars into a master calendar for weekly Global Ops Briefs and JERB meetings.
• Monitor Event Objective Worksheets (EOW) to identify and resolve global scheduling conflicts.
• Collect, track, and analyze Operational Availability (Ao) and system uptime metrics to support leadership decision-making.
• Maintain a database of mission capability metrics and provide graphical reporting to government customers and Task Order leadership.
• Serve as the primary QA/QC liaison for work requiring approval from the Program Solutions Chief and Government Chief Engineer.
• Identify, document, and track Risks and Opportunities related to TO-60 mission operations.
• Ensure all Operational Suite work is properly routed, documented, approved, and tracked for start/end dates and due dates.
• Communicate approval status to customers and requestors.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in Project Management, Planning, and Resource Management.
• Experience supporting operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments.
• Ability to brief technical system and network issues to program management and customer leadership using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience developing and directing Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and/or Operating Instructions (OIs) to administer and manage services under operational control.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, direct, and control individuals and team projects under limited supervision.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office background with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of Missile Defense Agency Operational Data Integrated Node (ODIN), formerly known as the Integrated Scheduling Tool (IST).
• Knowledge of Event Objective Worksheet (EOW).
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple dependencies balancing customer operations and product updates.
• Experience liaising with other DoD agencies and associated Ballistic Missile Defense Systems organizations.
• Experience with U.S. Space Force, USSTRATCOM, SPACECOM, or within the space domain.

SALARY RANGE: $130,000 to $155,000

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

$130,000$155,000 USD
