Summary: We are seeking an experienced IAM Operations Manager to lead and manage the Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations for our organization. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with deep expertise in Active Directory (AD), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. This role will be responsible for overseeing IAM processes, ensuring secure identity management, and driving the adoption of best practices. The IAM Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, compliance, and security of all identity systems. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. IAM Strategy and Leadership: • Lead and manage the end-to-end IAM operations, including AD, PAM, SSO, and identity governance. • Develop and implement strategies for scalable, secure, and efficient IAM solutions aligned with business goals. • Drive the adoption of MFA, RBAC, and zero-trust principles across the organization. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to align IAM solutions with business needs. 2. Active Directory and Azure AD Management: • Manage on-premises AD and Azure AD environments, ensuring seamless hybrid identity management. • Oversee AD security, including Group Policy management, domain controllers, and access policies. • Lead initiatives to enhance AD health, replication, and disaster recovery processes. 3. Privileged Access Management (PAM): • Oversee the administration and operation of PAM platforms (e.g., BeyondTrust, CyberArk). • Implement privileged account management policies, password vaults, and session management. • Monitor and mitigate security risks associated with privileged access and ensure compliance. 4. Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Federation: • Manage and maintain SSO and federation solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity). • Ensure seamless integration with internal and third-party applications using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. • Optimize the SSO experience and improve end-user productivity. 5. Security, Compliance, and Audit Support: • Ensure IAM operations align with industry best practices and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR). • Monitor IAM systems for security incidents, perform risk assessments, and respond to vulnerabilities. • Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation and reports. 6. Team Leadership and Knowledge Management: • Lead and mentor a team of IAM engineers, analysts, and administrators. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and ensure team members are up-to-date with industry trends. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and knowledge bases for IAM operations. Professional & Technical Skills: • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and IAM operations. • Expertise in managing Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and hybrid identity environments. • Strong experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms (e.g., BeyondTrust, CyberArk). • In-depth knowledge of SSO and identity federation technologies (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity). • Good to have worked on IGA solutions like SailPoint, Saviynt. • Proficiency in identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos. • Solid understanding of ITIL practices and hands-on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow). • Strong knowledge of endpoint security, MFA, RBAC, and zero-trust architecture. • Experience managing audits, security compliance frameworks, and risk management processes. • Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-500), ITIL certification, or IAM-related certifications are preferred. ________________________________________ Soft Skills: • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for managing complex environments. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business and technical teams. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Focus on continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
