Job Description Summary

The Sourcing Strategy & Execution Implementation Leader is the right-hand to the Services & Sourcing Leader, responsible for translating strategy into disciplined execution and measurable results across four sub-functions:
• Site Works Commodity Management
• Strategic Sourcing of Equipment
• Tender Sourcing
• Services
This role combines hands-on execution leadership with strategic alignment, ensuring the organization operates with strong daily management, performance visibility, and accountability to exceed KPIs, PPIs, and business targets.

Job Description

The Sourcing Strategy & Execution Implementation Leader is responsible for:

1. Execution Leadership & Operational Discipline

  • Drive execution rigor and accountability across all sub-functions
  • Establish and lead daily management (DM) and operating cadences
  • Ensure consistent delivery against KPIs, PPIs, and business targets
  • Identify execution gaps and drive corrective actions to closure
  • Embed a culture of ownership, follow-through, and performance excellence

2. Performance Management & Business Insights

  • Develop and maintain clear, actionable dashboards to track performance
  • Provide visibility into risks, gaps, and opportunities, and drive mitigation
  • Standardize metrics, reporting, and performance management tools
  • Support achievement of cost, cash, OTD, and quality targets

3. Strategy to Execution

  • Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans and actions
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure priorities are understood and executed
  • Track progress of key initiatives and ensure delivery of outcomes
  • Ensure decisions are implemented effectively and sustained

4. Chief of Staff – Leadership Enablement

  • Act as a trusted advisor and force multiplier to the Services & Sourcing Leader
  • Manage leadership priorities, calendar, powerpoint presentations and key communications
  • Prepare and coordinate operating reviews, staff meetings, and leadership forums
  • Ensure alignment and clarity across teams on priorities and messaging
  • Track and drive closure of critical actions and decisions

5. Organizational Effectiveness & Capability Building

  • Support onboarding and training of new employees
  • Drive adoption of standard work, Lean principles, and best practices
  • Strengthen collaboration and capability across teams

Performance Measurement

  • Achievement of KPIs and PPIs across Services & Sourcing
  • Effectiveness of daily management and operating rhythms
  • Improvement in OTD, cost, cash, and quality performance
  • Execution and impact of strategic initiatives
  • Level of organizational alignment and accountability

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations, sourcing, procurement, project management, or business operations

Eligibility Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to travel domestic & internationally 25% of the time
  • Must comply with all relevant company travel and tax policies

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $108,800.00 and $181,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
