Wind Farm Maintenance
Performing routine maintenance and inspections of wind turbines
Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues in turbine systems
Installing updates, patches, improvements, and additional components in wind turbines
Preparing reports on completed work
Carrying out service tasks within the team, according to the schedule and maintenance orders
Complying with safety regulations, environmental protection standards, and renewable energy industry guidelines
Following company procedures and industry regulations
Logistics and Administration
Managing the spare parts warehouse for wind turbines, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
Controlling the consumption of materials, spares and consumables from the warehouse, supporting technicians in reporting the consumption.
Responsible for the inventory of the warehouse. Close cooperation with the Production and Finance Dept in this regard.
Coordinating logistics and maintaining contact with Acciona Supply Chain and Procurement Departments to ensure necessary materials are onsite on time.
Proceeding the purchases in the Purchasing Management System.
Supervising personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools requiring calibration.
Regular inspections of warehouse, wind turbines and associated infrastructure.
Handling general office administration (document flow, deliveries, office supply procurement etc.).
Required Skills and Competencies
Degree/Training: Electromechanical or electrical engineer or technician, mechanical engineer or technician.
Additional Training: Cat. B driving license; preferable: electrical certif. SEP, UDT for elevators and hoists, GWO certificate (WAH, FAid)
Profile: Skilled electromechanical or electrical technician with hands-on experience in wind turbine maintenance, including troubleshooting and implementing technical upgrades. Strong background in spare parts warehouse management, logistics coordination, and inventory control. Proactive, safety-conscious, and capable of supporting both field operations and material flow efficiency.
Languages/Level: Local language (Polish); English - Pre-intermediate A2/B1 (Able to communicate in everyday situations with commonly-used expressions and vocabulary related to the work. Has the necessary fluency to communicate with foreign speakers.)
Years/Areas experience required: 5 years in total, experience in logistics or wind industry preferable
