Position Summary
 

The Transportation Admin -

Will be crossed trained in several job functions of transportation. Requires a self-motivated, dependable individual able to perform job duties with little or no supervision. This individual will be required to work with confidential information and requires someone who will maintain this information with the strictest confidentiality.

Must be flexible with start times and hours worked as business dictates

Required Qualifications

Ability to load close routes

Manages daily reports related to RX, undelivered parcels, delivery completeness, daily yard reports, etc.

 Purchase Card reconciliation ownership.
- Maintains Transportation attendance records requiring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Receive, communicate and respond to telephone calls, emails and /or messages to resolve problems and issues regarding delivery scheduling.
- Receive calls from the store field.
- Filing of driver and equipment paperwork.
- Daily generating and distributing reports.
- Accurately compile, calculate, and record all necessary information from host computer and shipping records.
- Share responsibility of daily Driver route and work assignments.
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor/management.
- Maintaining Driver logs and generating reports related to logs.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with DOT regulations, FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and OSHA regulations are a plus.

Ability to work within several systems related to Transportation.

Ability to load close routes

Manages daily reports related to RX, undelivered parcels, delivery completeness, daily yard reports, etc.

 Purchase Card reconciliation ownership.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $31.72

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
