The Sr. Director – Customer Security & Trust is a senior, customer-facing security leader responsible for representing the company’s security posture to prospects and current customers. This role partners closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance teams to lead technical security conversations, support pre-procurement due diligence, and build customer confidence in the company’s security architecture, controls, and operating maturity.
This role requires a highly technical professional typically with a Security Architect or Principal Security Engineer background, who can articulate security related matters in a clear and credible narrative to an external technical audience, including senior cybersecurity leadership.
