As our newest Operations Manager you will primarily be responsible for managing a team and vehicle fleet requirements of operations in order to meet business goals at Cairns Airport. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual that will undertake all duties involved with the successful running of the Avis Budget Group Cairns Airport location. Responsibilities
Effectively manage vehicle fleet levels and employee rostering to meet customer demands
Action and monitor reporting and financial plans to contribute to the development of the annual business plan for your location.
Manage location performance against the strategic plan and implement necessary contingency measures to ensure targets are achieved.
Monitor the level of customer service being delivered and continually identify and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
Create and facilitate a team environment within airport operations.
Identify and continually monitor employee needs and implement actions to increase employee satisfaction and manage the performance of employees as needed.
